1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitawin1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jitawin1 platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, or customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

jitawin1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made , notice will be provided via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of jitawin1 following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated provision, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of jitawin1 regardless of location, device, or method of access. They apply to all products and services offered on the platform, including but not limited to: live casino games (Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack), slot games, poker, fishing games, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), and any promotional or bonus programmes. Where separate terms apply to a specific product or promotion, those terms are supplementary to and do not replace this Agreement.

2. Age Requirement & Eligibility

jitawin1 is an adults-only platform. Access to any jitawin1 product or service is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jitawin1 takes its 18+ policy extremely seriously and employs age-verification procedures to enforce it.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all players:

• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering contracts may not use jitawin1.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list — including any self-exclusion applied directly through jitawin1 — at the time of registration or continued use of the platform.
• Not previously banned: You must not have had a jitawin1 account previously closed or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or any other violation of platform rules.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active jitawin1 account. Registering a second account while a first account remains open is a violation of this Agreement and both accounts may be closed.
• Accurate information: All registration details provided — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method information — must be accurate, truthful, and current at all times.

jitawin1 may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point — including, without limitation, a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to supply satisfactory identity documentation within the timeframe specified by jitawin1 support will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jitawin1 products and services, you must register a personal account on the platform. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be asked to provide a valid mobile number, a username, a password, and your date of birth. You must ensure all details submitted are accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitawin1 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. jitawin1 support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity carried out on your account — including deposits, bets placed, bonuses claimed, and withdrawal requests — while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not it was actually you who performed those actions.

• Password security: Choose a strong, unique password for your jitawin1 account. Do not reuse a password from another website or service. Change your password immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA): jitawin1 offers two-factor authentication on all accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to add an additional layer of protection to their account login process.
• Notify support immediately: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jitawin1 support at once via live chat or at support@jitawin1. We will lock your account while the situation is investigated.
• Account non-transferability: Your jitawin1 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance, bonus, or reward associated with it to another individual.
• Accurate contact details: Keep your registered mobile number and any associated contact information up to date. jitawin1 uses these to communicate important account and security notifications.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

jitawin1 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jitawin1 does not currently support international card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions. The supported payment methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is always displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your jitawin1 account.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on jitawin1:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount on jitawin1 is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches or exceeds the minimum.
• Withdrawal processing time: jitawin1 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required. Funds are typically received in the player's bKash or Nagad wallet within minutes of processing completion.
• Same-method rule: Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) control measure and cannot be waived.
• Currency: All balances, bonuses, bets, wins, and withdrawals on jitawin1 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied.
• Transaction fees: jitawin1 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees as per their published tariffs.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit does not reflect in your jitawin1 account balance within 30 minutes of the transaction being completed on your payment app, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.
• Anti-money-laundering compliance: jitawin1 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into any account if transaction patterns raise compliance concerns. Failure to cooperate with such requests will result in withdrawal suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jitawin1 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps — are set out in the individual promotion pages and are supplementary to this Agreement.

• Welcome bonus: New jitawin1 players may claim a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. Specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and eligible games are stated on the welcome bonus page at the time of claiming.
• One bonus per player: Each player, household, IP address, device, and payment account is entitled to claim any given promotion only once, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. jitawin1 uses technical controls to identify and prevent multiple claims.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. Bets placed using bonus funds on excluded game categories do not contribute to wagering progress.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and any associated free spins are subject to expiry deadlines. Unused bonus balances or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: Tactics designed to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making low-risk bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or any form of bonus collusion — are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances forfeited.
• Right to withdraw or amend: jitawin1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already claimed it, the player's position at the time of cancellation will be honoured on a case-by-case basis at jitawin1's discretion.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using jitawin1, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jitawin1 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment account, or misrepresenting your age or eligibility status is a criminal offence and a serious breach of this Agreement.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to play games or place bets on jitawin1 is strictly prohibited. All play must be carried out manually by the registered account holder.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage — particularly in poker or any live game format — is prohibited. jitawin1 employs detection tools to identify collusion patterns.
• Exploitation of software errors: If a technical error or software bug provides an unintended advantage (e.g., displaying incorrect odds, awarding erroneous payouts, or allowing access to restricted content), you must not exploit it. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are null and void.
• Money laundering: jitawin1 must not be used as a mechanism to launder money or to obscure the origin of funds. All deposits must originate from a payment account legitimately registered in your own name.
• Commercial use: You may not use jitawin1 for any commercial purpose — including reselling access, operating an account on behalf of a third party, or using the platform as part of a commercial gambling operation.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassment, threats, abusive language, or disrespectful conduct directed at jitawin1 staff, other players, or customer support agents will result in immediate account suspension.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

jitawin1 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Discovery that the account holder is a previously banned player
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure)
• As part of a self-exclusion request made by the player under jitawin1's responsible gaming tools
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant)

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus balance held at the time of closure will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are not subject to any dispute or investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification procedures.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their jitawin1 account — whether for responsible gaming reasons or any other reason — should contact the support team via live chat or at support@jitawin1. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt, and all remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method once KYC requirements have been satisfied.

8. Limitation of Liability

jitawin1 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from technical errors, or suitability for any particular purpose. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, jitawin1 cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times or free from temporary disruptions caused by factors including — but not limited to — server maintenance, network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jitawin1's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Technical errors: jitawin1 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions, server interruptions, or display errors during a game session. Where a genuine platform error has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game, the matter will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by jitawin1's technical team.
• Third-party payment services: jitawin1 is not responsible for delays, errors, or failures caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any other third-party payment service provider.
• Internet connectivity: jitawin1 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections during game play due to the player's device, internet connection, or mobile carrier. Players are responsible for ensuring their own connection stability before commencing a session.
• Indirect losses: jitawin1 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from use of or inability to access the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jitawin1's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
